The best airport to fly in and out of is ECP, NW Florida Beaches Airport and it is about 20 minutes from Rosemary Beach. We will have a car service to take you to the hotel and back to the airport.

What is the best airport to fly into and how far is it?

The conference sessions are located at Ohana Institute, about 1 mile from The Pearl. We will be offering transportation to and from Ohana Institute throughout the day, so you do not need to worry about finding your own way there!

How far is the hotel from the conference?

I am a principal/school board official and want to send some of my teachers. is there a group discount?

The prices for the dinner tickets are for one person each. The dinner books up quickly, so we recommend buying two tickets from the get go if you're planning on bringing someone. 

Can I bring a plus one to the dinner?

We offer lodging at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach. If you purchase an all-inclusive ticket, it will include two nights at this luxury hotel.
